Snatcher ****mers

I am awaiting a refund for an item returned in January and for a product purchased in March that they didn't have stock off. I have been in email contact several times (you can't speak to a human - red flag!!!!!). Each time I am told that this will be escalated to the accounts department and still nothing happens. This company are ****mers, expert level. They need investigating by Carte Blanche. Stay away!
