Snatcher just snatched my money

I've ordered and paid for 2 Bluetooth for my motorcycle helmets (Bt-s3). I received 2 units that could not pair. By closer inspection, I noticed on the packaging that the 1 unit was actually a different model (Bt-s3 NS). I notified Snatcher and that when my problems started. They tried to convince me that the units can pair. The offered a new manual and I told them that I know how these units operate, as I have a set on my off-road helmets that works 100%. They work so well that I want the same for my roadside, as I have a rally at the end of October. I sent emails and tried phoning. They do not answer their telephones and never call you when you have problems. A friend of mine tried from her number to try and get hold of them. Long story short, I am still waiting for the units on my money which is about R3500 + . Snatcher wants to charge me 15% for an unwanted purchase, but I never got what I paid for. THIS IS THEFT. WHO CAN HELP ME
