Snatcher is unreliable! Takes your money and not deliver!

I ordered and paid for a TV stand on the 22nd of November. On Monday the 29th, i received an email saying my order is out for delivery and should arrive before end of day. It is now 6 December and i have not received it, and Snatcher online support platform has been of no use. I contacted them, and they said they are following up with courier and the parcel is out for delivery. Contacted them again before the week ended, and they said they dont have updates. I called the courier service they used (courier guy), and service told me parcel is not in their warehouse. So i am stuck between snatcher saying its out for delivery and courier guy saying they dont have it.
