Snatcher is unreliable

On the 3rd of June I placed an order for amongst other, a swivel sweeper. The costs were paid that same day, On about the 12th June I was informed that they didn't have a swivel sweeper and the rest of the order has been despatched. I contacted them after about a week and was told and sent a screen shot asking for my bank details. As I did not receive the e-mail I told them I would send my details per e-mail. On the 18th June I received a read from Thando. Nothing happened and as I was away for two weeks, I again phoned on the 8th July and Thando says she didn't receive my e-mail although I received a read from her. I telephonically gave the details to her and sent an e-mail again. This time no read though. Fact of the matter is, this company is unreliable, very reluctant to refund, not sorry about anything and ***********. I would not advise anyone to trust them for purchases online.
