Snatcher is the worst online store!!

This was my initial encounter with this online store, and it turned out to be the most disappointing experience I've ever had. Not only did my order face significant delays, but out of the nine items I had placed in Order #308834, I only received one—the cellphone cover—without any provided reason or explanation. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and cannot in good conscience recommend their service.
