Snatcher is the WORST!!!!

I purchased an item on Snatcher on the 25/04/2024. I have not received the item to date. I had to email the support team to get feedback were im constantly advised that I will get feedback in the next 24hrs however 3 days later there is no response. I get the same excuses. There is no way to track the product and I can not get a refund because the order can not be canceled. This is the WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!!!!
