I have ordered twice. Unfortunately 2nd order before 1st delivery not received! First order now 10 days outstanding and 2nd order 6 days outstanding. No feedback on snatcher Queries. They state now "No phone call queries will be answered" Their online tracker of my orders say deliver! No delivery and no phone call or email follow up on my queries! This seems to be a *****. I must now follow up with a bank ***** initiative to recover my payments. Big hassle and time effort. Just stay away! Snatcher is a *****!
