Snatcher is running a ****, don’t buy from there!!

I ordered a book on the 28th May to this day it is not delivered and Snatcher keeps saying they will call me (which they don’t) or they are waiting for the supplier. How is this company ok with keeping people’s money without delivering on the service. This is ********* business practice!!
