Snatcher is right...they snatch your money first

Upon delivery of bought items there were items missing. I contacted Snatcher only to be told the missing items were out out of stock, which at the time i ordered never stated it was out of stock. I immediately sent a mail and the response from snatcher was appalling, telling me the item is out of stock they will credit my snatcher account. Trying to contact snatcher regarding this matter has made me come to the conclusion that I do not want to do anymore shopping with them. I do a lot of online shopping and whenever I chose an item and there is no stock, it shows. Or if for some reason there is no stock and I have already paid, they contact me and try to resolve the matter ASAP
