Snatcher is Pathetic

Wish there was a no-star option! They are pathetic and customer service is disgusting. I was due to receive a delivery according to their policy in 5-10 working days. Well 15 working days later and parcel still not arrived - when i query i get its out on delivery. That was 2 days ago and still not delivered - they have zero interest in resolving issues
