Snatcher is not committed to there customers they send have of your order but receive the full amount of the money for the things you order

I have placed an order with snatcher but up to today I did not get my full order.they have closed the order saying it was fully delivered I have send several emails asking where the rest of my order is but Noone came back.i did receive a email from one of the staff Tashriek but nothing after that.this morning I have send another email wanting to know what is happening as I am paying this order where I only got 1 item that was part of my order,which was a airfryer.Also the airfryer I have ordered is not the one that was on my order.I do not trust this company anymore as this is the 2nd this is happening to me.i di however get my money time the first time it happened.
