Snatcher is loosing it's snatching promise from other on line companies

Snatcher keep on promoting items on line, while there is no stock. on ETA request of order placed 21 September informed the Pink color watch out of stock, i changed color. Confirmed on email. Promised will deliver soon after 28 September 2022. 13 October 2022 on my request informed by Snatcher Customer Service TODAY no more available. BUT ITEM STILL AVAILABLE TO ORDER ON LINE all colors except PINK. Take note no matter value of order still pay Delivery fees. When want to return item due to change of mind charge 15% of item price. Seems to me Snatcher do not cope with on line orders and updating in time on out of stock AND LOW PRICES makes up with delivery fees To me rating STARS is fading fast in my book.
