Snatcher is dishonest, ***** and ****** money, case of ***** and theft being opened against Snatcher.

It has been months and still no resolution! Brand new item faulty, promised me a refund weeks ago, still waiting, sent the same faulty unit back instead. Last week they called me and said they will get the unit collected and sent back to them, as soon as its received they will process the refund and resolve the issue, yet NOTHING has been done to date. I have complained on their Facebook page about the service, Snatcher blocked me and deleted my posts so the public can't see what's being said about them, how dishonest! Snatcher is a company that lies, is dishonest and has ****** my money and proven they have NO intention on ever refunding me and as a result i have now seeked legal advice and will be opening a case of ***** and theft against Snatcher.
