SNATCHER IS BAD. THE SERVICE AND TREATMENT ARE HORRIBLE

Bad Service. Snatcher has really gotten bad with their service.

I ordered items & instead of telling me of a delay, they don't respond when I ask about the progress then next thing after I have harrased them for over 20 days & said I'd like to collect my order. They then emailed me to say one of my items is not available and they want to give me a credit voucher for it.

This followed an issue where I waited for my refund for a month from them
