SNATCHER is BAD

BEWARE of Snatcher. Their service is shocking! I ordered a Inverter from them. The unit was defective. It took them 2 weeks to collect the defective unit. It's now 3 weeks and I still don't have a working unit. No communication and no follow up. SHOCKING service
