Snatcher is an ************* platform

My company order 110 mini projectors to the value of R73 048 on the 8th of March on behalf of the client and the client changed their mind. On the same day at 16h04, we called the retailer and they were closed till Monday however we sent an e-mail to cancel the order. On Monday the 11th of March, an e-mail was sent back saying there would be a 15% handling fee which i disputed since the order had not yet been even dispatched. Snatcher then asked us to send our banking details. They have been promising every week to process the refund saying that their accounts department is has prioritized the refund and are working on it but to no avail. It is now almost 2months
