Snatcher is a ****, their products seem reasonable because the quality is bad

On the 6th June 2023 I wrote the below review about Snatcher on this platform and Google review. They quickly responded to me the next day saying my matter is being attended to.

Up until today I have not received any communication from them

They are a **** ordered a hoverboard in October 2022, it was delivered after weeks of following up. it didn't last for 2 months, they took months to collect the parcel for evaluation and repairs now they have gone quite on me and are not responding to my messages
