Snatcher is a *****ster

I made an order for 12 piece non-stick cookware set on the 22/06. A week later it was quite no update at all. I sent them an email to say I wasn't happy with people keeping my money and not saying anything. The responer was they are sorry the delay is with their supplier. On the 23/07 I emailed them again asking for a refund because this was not the first time I'm ordering the same pots and after some time was told to choose something else and I took another set of pots. This time I told them to pay back my money. They asked for my banking details which I gave them. Afternoon the same day they said my order was ready and will be picked up by the courier. I thought that's odd after a month of no update and soon as I ask for my money the order is ready 😅. Whose fooling who? I waited for the order and it arrived today. From the weight of the package I could tell that wd not the pots yhat I ordered. The box is battered as if it was in a damp storage, the pots looks old and it's stainless steel with wooden handles. The nerve of them pasting a sticker that says 12 piece non-stick cookware on a box that says stainless steel cookware. Am I that stupid to order online something that I can get on the local Chinese shop at a quarter of that price. The original price of these is R2459.00 and they were on special at R1359 and I paid R120 for the courier. They don't deserve any rating they don't have respect for clients and don't want to lose. The pots that I took the first time were cheaper than thee but there was no refund, but I kept quite, maybe that's why they think I'm a fool.
