SNATCHER IS A ******** COMPANY!!!!

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.. I received half my order and when I queried it was told the 6 items I did not receive was now out of stock! THEY WERE IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER SO SURELY YOU ALLOCATE ACCORDING TO ORDERS. I had subsequently spent money on other items with another company to accompany the lights I was buying from you, which I now cannot use! SERIOUSLY unacceptable! I had a bad experience once and I thought I would try you again but this is it! YOUR SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE LINE EVEN WORSE.
