Snatcher is a **** - they take your money and never deliver your order

I placed an order online, paid with my card and received an order confirmation email. When I logged on to check the order status, there was no order there. I emailed customer service and received a response asking for my name. I have subsequently never received any further emails inspite of sending multiple further emails including the order confirmation and my proof of payment. So i called their customer service line as shown on their website and there is an answer phone message stating they don't answer phone calls.

This company is a **** - takes your money, never delivers anything and they are basically uncontactable.
