SNATCHER IS A ****

I purchased a few items a few weeks back. The website clearly states delivery within 7-10 days. This was my first shopping experience with this online store. To my disappointment days went by without them updating me on my delivery. I sent several emails requesting my delivery date. I was informed by Linda that they were waiting for the item to be delivered by the supplier. This morning I got an email stating that the item is no longer in stock. They offered me to choose another item or I could have a refund. This to me is pathetic service. How can the item be advertised if there's no stock available? How can you accept payment for an item that is not available? Why does your website state 7-10 Working Days when you mean the exact opposite. This company has no transparency. Furthermore I don't think they value their customers. Other e-commerce stores will refund or make you choose another product and on top of it all they'll offer you a further discount coupon for the trouble they've caused you. But this store is absolutely pathetic with no interest in their relationship with their customers. One is better off purchasing locally than supporting a shrewd and misleading company.
