Snatcher is a **** company, beware!

I purchased 2 anti theft backpacks from Snatcher at the beginning of December 2018. Upon first use, the zip opened while I was riding on my motorcycle. The zip could not stay closed, rendering the bags useless. These are cheap, defective items supp**** by Snatcher as if they are quality. Nonetheless, the items were returned by 12 December 2018, it is now 15 January and I still have not received my refund. No one responds to emails and no one answers phone calls.
