SNATCHER IS A *****, FALSE ADVERTISING
I ordered items on the 20th of March 2024, paid for the order and never received any further communication from the site regarding my order. Inwaited for 10 days to pass as this os their delivery terms and I found that there wss ni change to my order. After querying with their customer care, I was told there was no stock of two items of the four that I ordered. I was then told they are escalating with supplier but they never ever got back to me as I always had to follow up. I requested a refund which I was told would take 7 days to process but on the 7th day i received nothing. When i queried, was told they are escalating with accounts and would get back to me. I honestly believe this is a *****ulent site, false advertising and now Im still waiting for my refund. How do we report them?

Almost a week later and I have no feedback or any trace of my refund.
I stopped getting replies from your customer service as well.
