Snatcher is a ***** company when it comes to refunds

The company Snatcher is the worst company ever to give refunds I'm waiting now for a month for my refund they let me pay for a product after you paid they inform you per e-mail that the product that I bought is out of stock when you ask for a refund they said it will take 7days but still waiting after a month for my refund they do not answer me on e-mail whet I ask where is my refund you can not get hold of them on there phone number.
