Snatcher is a bad business and lack customer service

I bought a study desk last year from them and it was incomplete and took 6 months to resolve the issue.I tried giving them another chance a bought Shoe rack and cellphone holder in march this year and they said they were out of stock. I then asked fora refund and it has been months of unanswered emails. Don't be like me and give them a second chance. They are bad at this business. Both my purchases resulted in bad customer service so all i need now is my refund.
