Placed order 4th July 2023. Throughout July I had not received the order. Kept following up when they'd deliver, but they never delivered. on the 29th of July I informed them that i would like to cancel the order and requested a refund. They asked for my bank details and said refund should be processed in 10 days. Throughout August and September I have been trying to follow up on the refund. they are no longer responding on my emails. Snatcher is a ****.
