Snatcher is a ****!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have been waiting for 6 months for a refund on one product and 4 months on another product. I was told over a month ago that my request has been escalated and still I am waiting. Snatcher is a ****. Shop here and be prepared to lose your money. They will leave a reply to this review about how they are sorry for my experience etc but they won't do anything about it. Time for Carte Blanche to investigate 😡
