Snatcher is a ****!

Snatcher definitely does not deliver on their promises. There is no efficient way of communicating with them, you cannot obtain access to their warehouse, and their customer service telephone does not go through as they do not take inbound calls.

I ordered an item almost a month ago and I have not had any updates on the product. When they do respond to their emails, their answer is always the same about how they will "escalate and provide feedback in 24 hours" At this point, the company is a **** and their communication is not clear/transparent. I urgently advise you NOT to purchase anything online from that website.. You will lose money and you will be miserable.

They are failing to respond to emails or take the time to call and have gone completely mute.
