Snatcher is a ****!

I cancelled the order days before delivery. I cancelled because the order had not shipped with the advertised timeframe (by quite some margin). Despite numerous attempts to cancel via email and website it was shipped. Then I returned. Still not refunded. Stay away from Snatcher nothing works.
