Snatcher is a ****

I still haven't received refunds from orders outstanding from October and December. They responded to my first review here as if they'd do something about it in February to this date I haven't gotten the money due to me for the damaged and incomplete orders they delivered.

I've sent them all the proof needed, they even collected the damaged item in December but still no refund. I email them every other day, its the same apology about delaying resolution but to date no real solutions. I want my refund for the out of stock spinning cutter order 322444, and the one for the incomplete set of bar chairs from order 336662 together with the mosquitoe lamp they collected
