Snatcher indoor cycle

I bought a indoor cycle from Snatcher in January. I received the item on the 5th February. I opened the box on Sunday 7 February and started assemble it. I then realized that it is not the item advertised and that I bought. The load rating is also lower. So I feceived a item that I didn't buy. I called Snatcer om Monday 8 February and told the person I want to send it back and must be refunded. They sent me a counter mail, where I have to agree that if the courier damage the package, I won't be refunded and 15% will in any case be deducted. Wow and wow, not sorry for their mistake, nothing. I'm still waiting for the Courier to up the parcel. The cycle left footpeg, could only ***** in halfway & the steel waterbottle was damaged as well I bought a lot of stuff during the lockdown from, Yuppiechef, Coricraft, Kloppers and even wall art from China, Lightinabox. All this was the correct items and no damage. I hope to get this matter solved, but so far my first order from Snatcher suck
