Snatcher I'm not happy with your service and surely I will not refer anyone to buy from you anymore

Snatcher has not refunded me the double deductions that has occurred due to bank network. I since placed an order on the 25 July 2024 I realiser on the 28 July 2024 that there was double deductions from my Savings and my Credit card I've informed the and sent my bank statement they've acknowledged the double made and told me that the refund will take 7-10 days. To my surprise while still waiting for the refund I received the order on the 07 August 2024 x2 items of which I was expecting 1 since the other deduction I was supposed to be refunded. When opening my parcel I was not happy of the item so I requested to send it Bach to the store of which I did on the 16 August 2024 for both items, their reply was that I will be charged 15%for unwanted items and I agreed because I don't like the item I bought. Since then I haven't heard from them today is 2 August 2024 they not even responding to my emails anymore and their number does not go though.
