Snatcher ignores Customers

Snatcher delivered a wrong items and the order was incomplete on 27 December 2022. I immediately informed them that one item was missing from my order and 2 items are wrong. They are giving me a run around, they are neither collecting the wrong order or sent the one which was missing from their package. I get emails only if I make a follow up with we are looking into your matter. They promise customers that they will collect orders but they dont. I want my money back because they are failing to deliver, no response. I bought airfryer and they gave me a wrong colour that too is falling on deaf ears. snatcher service is appauling
