SNATCHER I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED

On the 01-12-2023 I have purchased a sleeping sofa for the value of R9279.00 order no. 341622 from Snatcher and up till now I haven't received the sofa because it was out of stock nor my refund that I settled for with Kabelo Thulaszwe the customer support agent. I have send numerous of emails and have to wait on empty promises responses.. On the 31st Jan 2023 I had a response from Kabelo Thulasiizwe that my banking details was forwarded to their accounts department to process my refund and it will take a 7 day turn around time it's now the month of March and still nothing is happening on their side. How can a business like that do this sort of thing to their customers that want to support them. I really need help.
