Snatcher horrible service

An item showed as available at the time of placing the order. A few days later, I received an email saying that the item is no longer available. I tried calling the number and the call goes to an answering machine. I sent an email requesting a refund, I have not received a reply. They are the worst online shop. Don't buy from them
