Snatcher highly NOT recommended by me.

I normally purchase from Takealot for online purchase and delivery. I have always found them to be reliable. Recently I wanted to purchase a hand held burner plus butane gas. I googled and found that I could purchase from a online company called Snatcher. I ordered on line and paid by Pay Fast on the 5th of October. It is now the 27th October and still no delivery from them. I followed up with them on the 15th and on the 18th I received an email from *** that the order was ready and was awaiting a courier. I find this totally unacceptable and emailed them on the 25th enquiring whether they have stock when they market or do they only order from their suppliers when they get paid upfront. I requested my money back; as yet no reply. I do not recommend them to anyone and I will continue with Takealot.
