Snatcher. Highly disappointed.

I placed an order on 06.may. 2023 and it was not delivered because they kept telling me to go to collect my parcel at an area i am not fami**** with. No phone number of the person i am not supposed to meet, just me to go there and search for the person in a parking lot. I refused. Then they asked me for my banking details and to this day I still don't have my money back. They dont have a working phone number just emails that don't help. I used to buy from snatcher and they delivered to my address before but suddenly they can't assist.
