Snatcher has the worst service on earth.

I have bought a heater on the 28 May 2022 and the heater was faulty. It was a Gas and electricity combination of which the gas part was not working. I returned the product and requested for a refund because they were taking long to replace it.

The heater was R2200 and even today I haven’t received my money back. The shop is a **** . They don’t have telephone line service and they take a whole week to respond to emails. I’ve been emailing them and they kept on saying I’ll get my money on Monday and every week is always on a Monday. From 28 May-03 August 2022 , no product or refund. They have the worst service on earth.
