Snatcher has not refunded me as promised

Snatcher delivered my order the Monday before Christmas 2021 with one item missing. My daughter's gift. They did not inform me that the item was out of stock. Only when I contacted them about my order did they advise that the item can't be shipped because it's out of stock. I asked for a refund, because I needed to get my daughter an alternative gift. By the time they responded, their accounts dpt apparently had closed for the holidays and they promised to refund me 1st thing on the 3rd. I have the email as proof. I still have not received my refund. It really isn't about the money, but this is completely unacceptable.
