SNATCHER has no control of there goods
My order number is 339794
i ordered 2 shoe mirror cabinets.
The courier guy said they only received one to deliver for me. This is very frustrating. Please help me.
I have received 1 shoe mirror cabinet. The mirror is one box and cabinet is in one box. So that is 2 boxes delivered to me. I needed 2 of each delivered as my order was 2 mirror shoe cabinets.
theres no contact number to call these people.

12 Dec 2023, 09:06Every time snatcher team replies on this platform that they will get back to me shortly, i get a **** response in my emails. It seems like you people do not read all my emails. I have received a response from snatcher this morning, how pathetic. You advised that the courier sent my order and delivered two parcels. Which i have mentioned a thousand times over and over. This is ridiculous. Can you not read my complaint correctly and send me my missing product????? I have told you in my previous emails that I have received 2 boxes/parcels from the courier. the courier is correct. The 2 boxes/parcels make up ONE shoe cabinet when assembled. Does this make sense to you or do you need someone to explain this to you? I am missing another 2 parcels that make up another shoe cabinet. My original order was 2 shoe cabinets which I only received 1 from snatcher. Please send me my other order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am tired of this **** service from you. Sort this out now!
