Snatcher has many catches!

Snatcher products are unique and a priced well. The online purchase and payment process are simple and easy. I love of this. However, their service, response time and the manner is which they deal with their customers is shocking, unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable as a service provider! The shipping process and time, unacceptable! Sometimes orders placed are not fulfilled in full. Items are out of stock. Products sent are incorrect or not what advertised. Then, when you request refund or replacement, this gets seriously out of hand - poor to no response. I shop on Snatcher often and have had no less than 4 incidents in 2021 related to the above. I am currently sitting with 2 items im disputing since December- one, not completely transparent about requiring further attachments and second item advertised as one thing, received another. I requested a return and replacement which is now not possible, saying i received the goods and it must returned as "unwanted" items which is not the case. I want the correct items. I told that I have to pay return courier fees as well as a further 15% handling fee! Why? This is not an error on my end as the customer, Management and leadership at this business is non-existent!
