Snatcher has disappointed me, firstly my order was delayed for more than 20 days
Snatcher has disappointed me, firstly my order was delayed for more than 20 days. Yesterday I received it. I ordered 4 huggle hoodies, the quality is poor not as warm as they used to be, some were torn, 2 of them I did not order, pockets are not even it's just a poor quality job. I have sent an email to them asking for a refund and also to come and collect their things.
