Snatcher handheld sowing machine

I recently bought a hand held knitting machine through Snatcher. When the package arrived, it was noticed that the content are different from what Snatcher was putting on their web. The package reviewed that their should be more items in the package as free bonus items. However, irrespective what is appearing on the package, Snatcher claims that it is wrong and wants to say that the supplier admits the package is incorrect and the Snatcher web is correct. I do warn customers that whatever they order through the post, is to ensure that the web content, is the same as on the package. It might create the perception otherwise that Snatcher is removing articles from the original package before dispribution.
