Snatcher get minus 10 from me.

Snatcher drowned me in messages after I paid for my goods. The moment it arrived I requested a return as the item coukd not be used for what I bought it. That is when Snatcher stopped communicating with me. The parcel has Bern lying here for a week & Snatcher are nowhere to be seen. Really a poor show!!!! Be warned & rather shop from reputable companies who also accept returns for online shopping.
