Snatcher

I ordered item from Snatcher on 6 June and 14 June 2021 which they claim to be quick delivery. My first order was a article worth over R1,000-00 and was delivered on 21/6/2021 broken. I did contact them about this and to date have not received any progress on the broken item. My second order was delivered on 25/6/2021 but with one item short. I did contact them again and that item eventually was delivered on 13 July 2021. I never knew or were communicated on the delivery progress and was always in the dark regarding the progress. I can not recommend to any users as my experience with them are very bad.
