Snatcher false advertising and poorr quality

Dont waist money to order from Snatcher. The items is poor quality and nothing like they advertise. I ordered a dress and looks like it was just cut off and is false advertising. Snatcher also advertise free returns but upon emailing them i must now pay the courier and they will deduct a 15% handling fee before they can decide if i can get a refund. Shame on you Snatcher. You are *****ing peoples hard earned money.
