SNATCHER FALSE ADVERTISING,

On the 11th of June, Snatcher advertised a "FLASHSALE" of a Robot Vacuum Cleaner at a prize of R299.00. When I saw the add, I registered, purchased and paid for the item with in minutes. On the 24th of June, I decided to email Snatcher to query the status of the delivery for the item that I have purchased. On the same day they rep**** advising me that the item is now out of stock. DOES IT REALLY TAKE A COMPANY 13 DAYS to advise a consumer that the item they have purchased is now out of stock, why advertise something YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK. PATHECTIC, PATHECTIC SERVICE.

I would like to give them a NO STAR rating, 1 star is even to much, for ****py service.
