Snatcher failure to Refund

I placed an order on 1 May 2023 for items and i was informed on 4 May that two items were no longer stocked. I was given two options, one being an instore voucher and two being a refund. I chose the refund. I then forwarded my banking details on 5 May 2023 and i was told my refund would take 7 business days. Im currently on 12 business days and there is still no sign of my money being refunded today 2023-05-23. On Friday 19 May two snatcher employees responded to me one stated they have a backlog and the refund will take some time. The other employee stated refunds take 7 business days. Which clearly shows a lack of communication and incompetence. They are by far the worst online store.
