Snatcher- Failure to process refund

My previous orders had no issues until i made a big order (315032) of over 6k. I received order after required date and returned it on the 2/10/2023 accepting their return conditions. Numerous e-mail were exchanged between myself and Shaun Van Vogel ~ Customer Support Agent and he committed to processing refund which to date has not being paid.

On 17/10/2023 he said turn around time for refund is 7 days, on 27/10/2023 he said refund is marked with urgency and repeated the statement on the 1/11/2023.

On the 7&15/11/2023 and 5/12/2023 emails requesting my refund were send and no response was received.
