Snatcher failure to deliver on items and failure to refund

In fact if there was a zero rating, this is what i would give this company. Failed to deliver the items i ordered, i had to cancel and request a refund. They promise that my money will be refunded in 7 days, and 7 days later i contact them they tell me they are sorry for the delay, it will be processed in due time. Imagine. Think twice before buying from snatcher, they have dropped the ball.
